主要科研成果与奖励(主持项目、获奖、著作、代表性论文) 山东省优秀研究生指导教师(2021),济南大学优秀教师(2014)。长期从事资源与环境微生物研究,主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、省部级项目5项。在Bioresour Technol等主流学术刊物发表科研论文30余篇。作为第一完成人获中国商业联合会科技进步二等奖1项,山东省高校优秀科研成果二等奖、三等奖各1项,获授权国家发明专利6项。是山东省一流本科课程《微生物学》授课教师,校级精品课程《发酵工程》《生物反应工程》课程负责人。共培养硕士研究生14人,其中3人获国家奖学金,1篇硕士论文获山东省优秀硕士学位论文。指导学生在第十二届“挑战杯”获国赛银奖1项。 主持项目: 1. 含挥发性脂肪酸废水中PHA合成菌株的富集机制研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2021.1-2024.12; 2. 天麻风味发酵酒的酿造及品质特性研究,山东省技术创新引导计划(鲁渝科技协作),2020.12-2021.12. 获奖: 1. 中国商业联合会科技进步二等奖,多糖生物絮凝剂合成基因的克隆、功能分析及在医药化工废水中的应用,第一位。2012 2. 山东省高等学校科学技术奖三等奖,环氧丙烷皂化废水活性污泥微生物群落结构分析及合成PHA、胞外多糖机制研究,第一位。2019 代表性论文: 1.
